These Official Sweepstakes Rules govern participation in the ITSALL4GOOD (IA4G) Sweepstakes sponsored by ITSALL4GOOD LLC. These Official Rules describe the eligibility requirements, entry methods, prize details, winner selection process, and other terms applicable to the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor.
1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
1.1. Participation in the ItsAll4Good (IA4G) Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules (the "Official Rules") and all decisions made by Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant represents and warrants that they satisfy all eligibility requirements and agree to comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
1.2. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve any questions, inconsistencies, or disputes arising in connection with the Sweepstakes. All decisions of Sponsor concerning eligibility, entry validation, winner selection, prize fulfillment, verification, and administration of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
2. SPONSOR
2.1. The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by ITSALL4GOOD LLC ("Sponsor"), located at PO Box 575, Sanford, Florida 32772, United States.
2.2. Sponsor is responsible for administering the Sweepstakes, collecting and validating entries, conducting the winner selection process, verifying winner eligibility, awarding the prize, and carrying out the charitable donation associated with the completed Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and wherever prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.
3.2. Employees, officers, directors, managers, members, agents, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as individuals residing in the same household as such persons, may be deemed ineligible at Sponsor's discretion.
3.3. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's representation that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who provides false, incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate information or who otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
4.1. These Official Rules apply to the current IA4G sweepstake identified on the IA4G website. When Sponsor launches a new current sweepstake, Sponsor may update these Official Rules and the related current-sweepstake disclosures to reflect that sweepstake’s purchase cap, dates, prize, ARV, and charity contribution details.
4.2. IA4G may conduct sweepstakes on a rolling basis. Each individual sweepstake will be identified on the IA4G website as the then-current sweepstake.
4.3. Each current sweepstake begins when Sponsor publishes or activates that sweepstake on the IA4G website, unless a different start date and time are stated in the applicable promotional materials.
4.4. Each current sweepstake ends on the earlier of:
(a) completion of 100 eligible qualifying purchases associated with that sweepstake; or
(b) one (1) year after the start of that sweepstake, unless a different end date is stated in the applicable promotional materials.
4.5. Only eligible qualifying purchases count toward the purchase cap. AMOE/free mail-in entries do not count toward the purchase cap and do not cause the sweepstake to end early.
4.6. After a sweepstake ends, Sponsor may begin a new sweepstake. Entries do not carry over from one sweepstake to another unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
4.7. The IA4G website or applicable promotional materials should identify the current sweepstake, including the applicable purchase cap, prize description, approximate retail value, charitable donation amount, and any specific timing details.
4.8. Upon the conclusion of a current sweepstake, no further entries will be accepted for that sweepstake. Later qualifying purchases will apply to the next current sweepstake, if one is active.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
5.1. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OTHER CONSIDERATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not guarantee winning and does not increase the chances of winning. All eligible entries assigned to the applicable current sweepstake, whether received through qualifying purchases or through the Alternative Method of Entry, will be included in the same drawing pool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and assigned to the applicable current sweepstake.
5.2. All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry used, will be included in the same prize drawing and will have an equal opportunity to be selected, subject to compliance with these Official Rules.
6. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (FREE ENTRY METHOD)
6.1. Eligible individuals may enter without making a purchase by submitting a handwritten entry request by mail.
6.2. To enter by mail, handwrite the following information on a plain piece of paper: full legal name, complete residential mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, email address if available, date of birth or confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen (18) years old, and the statement: “Please enter me in the IA4G Sweepstakes.”
6.3. The handwritten entry request must be mailed in a stamped envelope and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (“SASE”). The SASE will be used by Sponsor to notify the entrant by mail if the entrant is selected as a potential winner or if mailed communication is otherwise necessary.

6.4. Each valid AMOE request received and validated by Sponsor will receive one (1) entry into the current active IA4G sweepstake at the time the request is received and processed by Sponsor.
6.5. AMOE entries do not count toward the qualifying purchase cap and will not cause a sweepstake to end early.
6.6. AMOE requests received after a sweepstake has ended will not be entered into the ended sweepstake and may instead be entered into the then-current active sweepstake, if one is available.
6.7. If no IA4G sweepstake is active when an AMOE request is received and processed, Sponsor may reject the request or hold it for the next active sweepstake, as disclosed on the IA4G website or in the applicable promotional materials.
6.8. Each mailed AMOE request must be submitted separately in its own envelope. Mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, photocopied, automated, bulk, third-party, incomplete, illegible, altered, postage-due, or fraudulent requests are void and will not be accepted.
6.9. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, undeliverable, delayed, or stolen mail.
6.10. The SASE requirement is intended to allow Sponsor to notify mail-in entrants by mail, including potential winner notification where applicable. AMOE entrants are responsible for ensuring that their return mailing address is accurate, complete, and legible. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable mail resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, or outdated return information.
7. PURCHASE ENTRY METHOD
7.1. Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing a qualifying purchase through the IA4G website during the Sweepstakes Period.
7.2. Each qualifying twenty-dollar ($20) bundle purchase completed and successfully processed during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one hundred (100) Sweepstakes entries.
7.3. Only completed purchases that are successfully authorized, processed, and not canceled, reversed, disputed, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent shall constitute qualifying purchases for purposes of receiving Sweepstakes entries.
7.4. Entries associated with purchases that are later canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules.
7.5. Entries obtained through qualifying purchases will be automatically recorded by Sponsor and associated with the purchaser's account or transaction information. Eligible purchasers are not required to submit any additional entry forms in order to receive the entries associated with their qualifying purchase.
8. ENTRY LIMITS
8.1. Each qualifying twenty-dollar ($20) bundle purchase receives one hundred (100) entries into the applicable current sweepstake.
8.2. Each valid AMOE request receives one (1) entry into the applicable current sweepstake.
8.3. AMOE entries do not count toward the qualifying purchase cap.
8.4. There is no fixed total cap on the number of valid AMOE entries that may be received for a sweepstake, unless a specific limit is stated in the applicable promotional materials or required by law.
8.5. Each AMOE request must be mailed separately and must comply with all AMOE requirements.
8.6. Sponsor reserves the right to reject, disqualify, or void entries that are submitted through automated means, scripts, bots, artificial methods, bulk mailing services, commercial sweepstakes services, fraudulent conduct, abuse, or any other process that Sponsor determines may compromise the fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the sweepstake.
9. PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
9.1. One (1) verified winner will receive Apple iPad with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of approximately $500. The total ARV of all prizes offered in connection with this Sweepstakes shall not exceed the amount stated in these Official Rules.
9.2. The specific prize items, models, colors, storage capacities, specifications, and included accessories may vary based on availability, inventory, market conditions, product discontinuation, or other circumstances existing at the time of prize fulfillment.
9.3. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the advertised prize, or any component thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
9.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. No substitution, transfer, or exchange of the prize by the winner will be permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the prize and expressly disclaims any warranties beyond those, if any, provided by the manufacturer.
9.5. All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs, fees, expenses, or obligations associated with the acceptance, possession, use, or enjoyment of the prize, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. CHARITY DONATION DISCLOSURE
10.1. Each completed Sweepstakes is associated with a charitable giving initiative administered by Sponsor. Following completion of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor intends to donate approximately 50% of funds raised to an eligible charitable organization selected in accordance with Sponsor’s charitable giving program.
10.2. The charitable donation is made by Sponsor and is not part of the prize awarded to the winner. Sweepstakes participants do not acquire any ownership interest, control, voting rights, or entitlement with respect to the charitable donation as a result of entering the Sweepstakes.
10.3. Sponsor may invite participants, customers, or members of the public to recommend, suggest, nominate, or express support for charitable organizations. Any such recommendation, suggestion, nomination, vote, survey response, or expression of preference is advisory only and shall not obligate Sponsor to select, approve, fund, or donate to any particular charitable organization.
10.4. Sponsor retains sole and absolute discretion regarding the selection of charitable recipients, the timing of donations, the verification of charitable organizations, and the administration of all charitable giving activities associated with the Sweepstakes.
10.5. Any charitable recipient must be legally eligible to receive the donation. Sponsor may reject or replace any recommended organization that is not eligible, appropriate, operational, legally qualified, tax-exempt where required, or otherwise suitable for participation.
11. WINNER SELECTION
11.1. After a current sweepstake closes, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, validated, and assigned to that sweepstake.
11.2. All eligible purchase entries and eligible AMOE entries assigned to the same sweepstake will be combined into a single entry pool for that sweepstake.
11.3. Each individual entry in the drawing pool has the same chance of being selected.
11.4. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, validated, and assigned to the applicable sweepstake.
11.5. Entries assigned to later sweepstakes will not be included in prior sweepstakes, and entries assigned to prior sweepstakes will not be included in later sweepstakes unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
12. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
12.1. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the selected entry, which may include email, telephone, mail, or other reasonable methods of communication available to Sponsor. Sponsor shall have no responsibility for failed delivery attempts, unavailable contact information, spam filtering, technical failures, unanswered communications, or any other circumstances that prevent successful notification of a potential winner.
12.2. To be declared the official winner, the potential winner must comply with all verification requirements established by Sponsor. Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency, eligibility confirmations, affidavits, declarations, releases, tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9 where applicable, and any other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, confirm compliance with these Official Rules, and facilitate prize fulfillment.
12.3. The potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification and provide any requested documentation within thirty (30) days from the date of the initial notification attempt, unless a different deadline is specified by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the required period, failure to provide requested documentation, inability to verify eligibility, refusal to accept the prize, non-compliance with these Official Rules, or the return of any notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification.
12.4. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, select an alternate potential winner through an additional random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. This process may continue until an eligible winner is verified or until Sponsor determines that awarding the prize is no longer reasonably practicable.
12.5. Sponsor reserves the right to investigate eligibility, identity, entry validity, and compliance with these Official Rules at any time before or after the prize is awarded. Any false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or deceptive information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes may result in immediate disqualification.
12.6. Upon successful completion of all verification requirements, the potential winner shall be declared the official winner and the prize will be awarded in accordance with these Official Rules.
12.7. For AMOE entrants, Sponsor may use the self-addressed stamped envelope provided with the AMOE request to notify the entrant by mail if the entrant is selected as a potential winner or if mailed communication is otherwise necessary. Sponsor may also use any telephone number, email address, mailing address, or other contact information provided by the entrant. Failure to provide accurate, complete, current, and legible contact information may result in inability to notify the potential winner and may lead to disqualification in accordance with these Official Rules.
13. PUBLICITY RELEASE
13.1. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent and authorization for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence, biographical information, statements, and prize-related information for advertising, marketing, promotional, publicity, and administrative purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
13.2. Sponsor shall have no obligation to make any such use of the winner's information and may exercise these rights at its sole discretion.
14. WINNER PUBLICATION
14.1. Following verification and prize fulfillment, Sponsor may publish information regarding the official winner for purposes of transparency and compliance with applicable promotional practices. Any published winner information may be limited to the winner's first initial, full last name, city, and state of residence, unless additional disclosure is authorized by the winner or required by law.
14.2. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may maintain and publish winner information in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor's privacy practices.
15. TAXES
15.1. The winner shall be solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or governmental fees arising from the acceptance, receipt, ownership, or use of the prize. Sponsor may require the winner to provide tax-related documentation as a condition of prize fulfillment and may report prize information to governmental authorities as required by applicable law.
15.2. Sponsor makes no representations regarding the tax consequences associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize. Participants are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors regarding any tax obligations that may arise.
16. GENERAL CONDITIONS
16.1. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who, in Sponsor's sole judgment, violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, submits fraudulent or invalid entries, provides false or misleading information, attempts to gain an unfair advantage, uses automated systems or devices to participate, or engages in conduct that is unlawful, disruptive, abusive, deceptive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Sweepstakes.
16.2. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, terminate, or otherwise alter the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, system malfunctions, force majeure events, legal requirements, public health concerns, cyberattacks, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or threatens the proper administration, security, integrity, or fairness of the Sweepstakes.
16.3. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage the website, interfere with the Sweepstakes, manipulate entries, compromise security, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of civil and criminal laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek all remedies available under applicable law against any individual responsible for such conduct.
16.4. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision contained herein. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to preserve the original intent of the Sweepstakes to the greatest extent permitted by law.
17. RELEASE OF CLAIMS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
17.1. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, ITSALL4GOOD LLC, and their respective owners, officers, directors, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, service providers, and business partners from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, receipt, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or any Sweepstakes-related activity.
17.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, undelivered, or unintelligible entries, communications, notifications, mail, emails, transmissions, or other materials; technical failures of any kind; interruptions in internet or network services; hardware or software malfunctions; human error; unauthorized intervention; security breaches; or any other errors or circumstances that may affect the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes.
17.3. Sponsor makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind regarding the prize and expressly disclaims any warranties except those that cannot be lawfully disclaimed under applicable law. Entrants participate in the Sweepstakes at their own risk.
18. PRIVACY
18.1. Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for purposes including administering the Sweepstakes, validating entries, verifying eligibility, contacting participants, conducting winner selection, fulfilling prizes, maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud, and carrying out charitable giving activities associated with the Sweepstakes.
18.2. All personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge and agree to Sponsor's collection, use, storage, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
19.1. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19.2. Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or the prize shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Florida.
19.3. Entrants waive any right to participate in any class action, class proceeding, representative action, or similar collective proceeding relating to the Sweepstakes, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
19.4. To the extent there is any conflict between the Terms of Use and these Official Rules concerning Sweepstakes-related matters, these Official Rules shall control only with respect to the Sweepstakes. The Terms of Use shall continue to govern website use, accounts, purchases, digital product access, refunds, and other non-Sweepstakes matters.
20. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
20.1. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Participation is void outside the United States, in any jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by law, and wherever registration, bonding, licensing, or other legal requirements have not been satisfied. Entrants are solely responsible for determining whether participation in the Sweepstakes is lawful in their jurisdiction.
20.2. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
