REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how ITSALL4GOOD LLC, doing business as IA4G ("IA4G," "we," "us," or "our"), handles refund requests, duplicate purchases, technical access issues, billing concerns, and payment disputes relating to digital products purchased through the IA4G website.
IA4G offers digital products, including storybooks, activity packs, printable products, sticker sheets, and other family-friendly digital goods. Products may be delivered through My Library, downloadable files, email delivery, view-only access, or other digital delivery methods made available by IA4G. By making a purchase through the website, customers agree to this Refund Policy, the Terms of Use, and any other applicable policies published by IA4G.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES
1.1. Because IA4G products are digital in nature and are delivered electronically, customers acknowledge that purchased products may become immediately accessible upon completion of a transaction. Access may be provided through My Library, download links, email delivery, view-only access, or other digital delivery methods designated by IA4G.
1.2. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, access methods, product features, and purchase details before completing a transaction. Certain products may be downloadable, while others may be provided exclusively through view-only access. Product descriptions and access methods are disclosed on the website and form part of the purchase experience.
1.3. Unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law, digital product purchases are generally considered final once access to the purchased product has been provided. The fact that a purchase may include sweepstakes entries does not alter the nature of the digital product transaction. Sweepstakes participation and any associated entries are governed separately by the applicable Official Sweepstakes Rules.
2. ALL SALES FINAL AFTER ACCESS
2.1. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, all sales are generally final once access has been provided through My Library, a download link, email delivery, view-only access, or any other digital delivery method offered by IA4G. After a customer can access, view, receive, or download a product, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not available unless required by law or approved by IA4G at its sole discretion.
2.2. Refunds are generally not provided for reasons such as changing your mind, no longer wanting the product, misunderstanding the product description, expecting a different format or access method, failing to use the product, personal dissatisfaction, or technical issues related to your device, software, browser, internet connection, email settings, or other factors outside IA4Gās control.
2.3. For downloadable products, refunds are generally not available once the product is available for download. For view-only products, including certain storybooks and digital content in My Library, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, whether or not the product has been fully viewed.
2.4. IA4G may review individual situations and, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, account credit, replacement access, or another reasonable solution when appropriate.
3. DUPLICATE PURCHASES
3.1. If a customer believes that the same product or bundle was purchased more than once by mistake, the customer should contact IA4G as soon as possible and provide the details of the transaction. IA4G may review the purchase records and, if a duplicate purchase is confirmed, may issue a refund, account credit, replacement access, or another reasonable remedy. Any correction will be subject to verification of the transaction and IA4G's review of the circumstances surrounding the purchase.
4. TECHNICAL ACCESS ISSUES
4.1. If a customer experiences difficulty accessing a purchased product, the customer should contact IA4G before requesting a refund or initiating a payment dispute. IA4G will make reasonable efforts to investigate the issue and restore access to the product, provide replacement access, or otherwise resolve the problem. Because IA4G products are delivered digitally, technical access issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if IA4G is able to provide access to the purchased product within a reasonable period of time.
4.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a compatible device, internet connection, email access, and any other technical requirements necessary to access and use digital products purchased through the website.
5. REFUND EXCEPTIONS
5.1. Although digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, IA4G may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In limited circumstances, IA4G may determine that a refund, account credit, replacement access, or another reasonable remedy is appropriate. Any exception granted by IA4G shall not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in future situations.
5.2. If a refund is approved, IA4G reserves the right to remove or disable access to the refunded products, related bundle items, and any associated benefits connected to the refunded purchase. Any Sweepstakes entries associated with a refunded, canceled, reversed, charged-back, or otherwise invalidated purchase may also be voided or removed in accordance with the applicable Official Sweepstakes Rules.
6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
6.1. Customers are encouraged to contact IA4G before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider. Many issues, including duplicate purchases, billing concerns, and product access problems, can often be resolved directly through customer support.
6.2. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, IA4G may provide transaction records, account information, product delivery records, access logs, and other relevant information to the applicable payment processor or financial institution for purposes of resolving the dispute. IA4G also reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to products, accounts, or services while a payment dispute is under review.
6.3. IA4G may deny refund requests or take appropriate action if it reasonably believes that a request involves fraud, abuse, misuse of digital products, unauthorized account activity, repeated refund claims, or improper chargeback activity.
6.4. A chargeback, payment reversal, refund, cancellation, or disputed transaction may result in the voiding or removal of Sweepstakes entries associated with that transaction, subject to the applicable Official Sweepstakes Rules.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
7.1. IA4G reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of the purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
